"Awful man at front desk. Heard him loudly boasting that he over charged the woman in front of me to his coworkers - by 40$. He was exceptionally rude, hostile and just plain mean for no reason."
"Rude, unprofessional and no customer service at all. I dropped a package with a prepaid label and asked them to put a small tape on the package. There was an old man in the front desk and he literally said that I had to buy a tape. Are you even serious you already had tapes and you can't even put a small piece of tape on my package? For what else do you have tapes in the store then? Are they not for customer's packages? His attitude was rude overall"
"Me: Can you print a return label from this QR code? Employees: SIR WHERE’S YOUR PACKAGE?! HOW CAN WE MAIL IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PACKAGE?! Employees (to each other): Jesus, some people… Me: … For the record, took me about 10 seconds to grab and seal the bubble mailer. Didn’t grab them before because I read the reviews and figured they would yell at me for that, too."
"Horrible attitude. They either yell at you or make sarcastic comment just because you ask them a professional question. The older man with thinning hair is very hostile while his female coworker snaps at you by saying "she has only 2 hands" (hence she can't answer a question?) Don't they know our tax money goes to their salaries?"
"I’ve never enjoyed going there and honestly can’t think of a worse one, but this time the unhelpful man actually refused to accept the package I was trying to mail! It was a biological sample to send to the vet, which I’ve done multiple times at multiple branches with no issue. The vet gives all the correct packing containers—triple-packaged, correctly marked—but because he saw the required sticker on the outside, (biological sample, Category B, UN3373) he said I had to “do it online.” He looked up something (but clearly didn’t read it well or at all) and said he couldn’t take it. I told him the vet gives me all the appropriate packaging, and—what? Did he not believe me? For some reason he wanted to keep talking about because he acted surprised when I walked out after it was clear he wouldn’t accept it. I wasn’t going to waste the time of the 4 other people who were waiting in line behind me. I Googled it when I got home and found the USPS guidelines for mailing that kind of bio sample, and (of course) nothing about any required online steps. I know working at the post office isn’t a great gig, and there are tons of obscure rules about a lot of different types of mail. But this person treated me like I was dumb and wouldn’t take my word that the packaging was correct, while assuming, again—what? That I have to be supervised while I package it? That I was too stupid to have just done it correctly? I honestly wonder how differently it might have gone if I was a man. Needless to say, I’m never going back."
