"This store was by far my favorite Cosmo Prof around. They are clean and shelves are very organized, never a difficult time to find what I’m looking for! Lately I have been able to find everything I need and the girls are super helpful and friendly. Speed of checkout was very quick also:)"

"I will never ever shop here again. They sold me a box of MOLDY nasty smelling gross gloves. As soon as I opened the box even my client said.. "OMG that smells horrible! Please don't use those!" I came back to return them and was told I couldn't turn it cause the top was open. Only unopened items to call corporate. Ok so now I have to call corporate and spend more time trying to get my money back. She said it's because of covid. But I touched the box regardless so this is ridiculous. I will never shop here again. Not to mention they are just a glorified Sally's when you call it even says Sally's. This place is not professional at all."

"Staff is consistently rude, store is always locked every time I have tried to shop there in the last 7+ months. The hours are never consistent and MANY times I have arrived to find no one there at all, despite the Google page and signage on the door, stating they are open. Several times myself and other stylists have arrived to shop and we call the store to be let in but the phone just rings and rings as we can literally see the employees inside. Also, no one in the store is ever wearing a mask anytime they actually do let you in. I get that we all hate wearing masks, but if I have to wear one to enter your store, please already be wearing one as well. Even pre-pandemic none of the employees were never helpful, it seemed as if you're inconveniencing them when you ask a question. Multiple times I have walked in to hear employees talking poorly about other employees as well as about customers, this is not acceptable and highly unprofessional. I have worked for this company before and my location would have never tolerated this kind of behavior. I'm really disappointed in this store and try to shop here as little as possible, even going so far as to do the bulk of my shopping at the Seekonk location instead. I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but I just can't anymore. I don't come here to listen to the employee drama yet every time... Try to avoid this location if you can, it's not worth the headache. Please fix yourself, cosmoprof."

"The girls were so helpful!! They were out of a product I normally purchase and they recommended products that were similar to the item I needed. They were also so friendly over the phone!"

"Girls were very rude. Talking bad about other employees that weren't on shift. These girls were making fun of another over weight employee,calling her a fatty. A woman just walked into to look around, she was asking about prices. I guess she didn't know you need a cosmetology lisence to buy there. So the lady that works there said "ya you can't buy here if your not licensed. I could tell the poor lady looked so embarrassed. She walks out and all the employees just burst into laughter, and call her stupid."
