"Due to understaffing, this post office is often closed mid-day so that the single worker on staff can take a lunch break. Closed retail window service also may occur randomly at the main post office on Court Street, although at least the kiosk and P.O. Boxes are accessible there. Suggest arriving at least an hour after official open and close at any Arlington post office, and avoiding midday to prevent the inconvenience of finding no retail personnel available due to lunch. When the post offices ARE open, great service!"

"Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to check if my package was still at the USPS store or if it had been delivered to the home address and was stolen. The lady working there was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand what she was saying on the phone and then she got angry when I asked her to repeat herself. Then she told me to call a different number and hung up on me. I’m absolutely appalled with this type of behavior especially when I was being respectful and just wanted to find out where my package was since it said it had been delivered and I never received it. Good luck to anyone trying to get help from this store. 0/10 I wish I could give it a 0 star rating."
