"I wanted to pick up a vehicle and made a reservation online the day before and was told it would be all set. I got to the facility at 8:05am and was not able to pick up my rental that mind you I had called 3 times and got 3 different rates. I was told to call the customer service number if this was to occur, like even the customer service knew this would happen. I called the number and was on hold for almost 30 minutes before I spoke with anyone and after about 20 minutes she informed me the location forgot or did not set up my 24-7 Rental. Now mind you I was there at 8:05 and there was people cleaning rentals and not a single other person drove in even other employees. Out of no where someone came out who I was later to find out this morning the manager was on the camera and saw us waiting and at 8:55 someone from inside decided to help me and I was out of the building with my rental at 9:30. I was asked this morning what they could do to help. I finally thought about it. My money back, thats what would help. I am a car salesman and if my scores were this bad I would be fired on the spot. Thanks and I hope you guys actually listen. Have a great day. After the survey they even asked me to post this like they thought they were getting a good review, LOL."

"This Uhaul provided maybe the best Uhaul experience I’ve ever had. For starters - immaculately clean. The staff - extremely nice and knowledgeable and patient. We had to go there twice over the course of two days to prep for our move from Boston - Chicago, once to pick up our truck and the other to hook up our auto transport. At first I was slightly annoyed we had to drive from the city to Woburn to get everything but as soon as we started working with Jacob, the drive was worth it. He was efficient, answered all of our questions regarding the truck rental, advised on several items and got us on the road quickly - a much better experience than any Uhaul we’ve had in the city. Upon returning on day 2 to get the auto transport, Amilcar, Jacob and Alex were once again super kind and efficient in getting our car safely attached to our 20ft truck, double checking all locations where the car needed to be secured and documenting everything. I have an immense amount of trust in everything they did, and am very thankful we had to go the Woburn Uhaul location for our move!!"

"Fantastic experience. My reservation was lost in translation but they still fit me in. Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The waiting area had comfy couches, free wifi, and everything was super clean. My daughter had fun running around the demo storage containers. Highly recommended for a trailer hitch install."
