"For commuters this Station is probably a 1 star but as a railfan (train enthusiast) this Station gets 5 stars! Trains go decently fast through Mishawum with the occasional horn salute/show! I really do think the MBTA should re open this Station. For those wondering there is no closed gates or signs that say do not enter. As far as I'm concerned it is perfectly legal to go onto the platforms. The lights still do turn on at night so it is not pitch dark of you go at night. **BE AWARE AT ALL TIMES!!! THE NEARBY HIGHWAY SOUNDS LIKE AN ONCOMMING TRAIN SO IT CAN BE VERY EASY TO TUNE IT OUT AND NOT NOTICE A REAL TRAIN**"
"Station is CLOSED and has been for a long time per employees at the commuter rail. They need to update maps and signage to reflect this change!!!!"
