"I love Woburn Logan express and most times the experience is great but I’m taking the 3:00AM bus June 12th and there is too many people on the bus to not have any air circulation, the fans going etc. this bus driver never puts the air on every time I’ve been on this bus. Please please advise the drives to put some type of air on because it’s suffocating. I go on this bus everyday and I’ve told him or other drivers multiple times to please put air on. It is too hot and crowded. Besides that! Take Logan"

"On May 24th I left for Europe and left my electric scooter chained to the rack at this location. When I came back in exactly 2 weeks my scooter was gone. Stolen. The chain was there, somehow they managed to get it off without breaking the chain. Market value under 50 bucks, and no charger. What an idiot whoever took it."

"Last night I had a very dangerous experience coming out of Boston Logan to the Woburn destination. 8 people, including myself and my husband, were forced to stand the entire ride. There were 12 seats available, however they were pushed together and locked. The driver never bothered to unlock theses seats so riders could sit. We were all forced to stand for the duration of the trip. This could have become a very dangerous and potentially fatal situation had we gotten into an accident. I feel the bus driver endangered the lives of 8 people and didn't seem to care that we were all standing when we could have been seated. In all my years of taking the Logan Express from Woburn into Boston Logan I have never had to stand during the ride. I feel my safety was compromised and this incident should not be repeated for future riders. The bus number was 2034 and this was the 8:30 pm trip. In addition, the bus driver did not say one word to any of the passengers when we got on or off the bus. No greeting - just took our luggage and tossed it under the bus and let us all enter the bus without providing a safe place to sit."
