"Wanted to give the department a heads up about a rare physical issue my daughter has when/if she needs to call the ambulance in Andover. Lo and behold the chief answered the phone when I called! I was immediately impressed with his interest and professionalism. He took my concern very seriously and took notes as we spoke. to ensure my daughter’s needs would be addressed. Assured me he was making a call immediately to inform others involved about this and entering her info to their system so when they receive a call from her address, they will have a heads up!!
