"This place is a joke! Spent Well over $100 on two wigs and detangling spray this past week. I’ve been a loyal customer for the last year or so, and I’ve never had an issue, and I’ve never tried to return anything. Cashier at the front me we Sit and talk for a little while and I thought she was a decent person until I recently discovered that the bye-bye purchased was completely HACKED, A two year old could’ve done a better job Styling this thing. When you buy a wig, you only have the picture to go by when you go to the store for some reason. You can’t take anything out of boxes and check it out so I went and bought it blindly thinking that it was going to look like the picture until I took it out of the box. As you can see the picture looks nothing like what this hack job looks like. When I called yesterday within the first minute, all she told me Was that she couldn’t do anything for me. Funny because they do do refunds and exchanges, but for some reason she was absolutely refusing, and Was firm on saying “ There’s nothing I can do for you.” I never once put this thing on my head, I took it out the box and noticed the hack job!!!!!! Nice to see that’s how you treat a loyal customer ! I’ll never set foot into this place again. Bad business"

"Imagine getting great customer service on the phone about questions .. convincing others to shop there and impressed with the return policy to then go to return & both ladies were HORRIBLE. One even walked out the store WHILE on the phone with me. Disgusting! Never got a receipt or a bag and claimed I 100% did and couldn’t return. Told my mom they didn’t know me and then 5 min later had everyyyy line of our “convo” memorized. Which one is it?! Liars. But Deff go if you want two girls on FaceTime the entire time they’re working and sitting at the register. First and LAST time I shop there. Spend your coinssss elsewhere:* Also the hours are irrelevant because they pick and choose when they open and close."

"The owner is so genuine instantly asked me if I needed help as soon as I walked in and made herself available to me while catering other customers, and helped me find exactly what I needed and best products for my hair type. And such a variety of QUALITY products to choose from for best prices, every other beauty shop i’ve been to has little to nothing for my hair type and color. I will always come back she gained forever customer with me, such a good vibe every time I go!"
