"Protip, if you are riding from the US Open, no one cares about your loud conversation. Have some courtesy for your fellow riders and finish your conversation before you get on the train. Decently located station, plenty to walk to around here. Not impressed with the new type 9 cars. Who wants to sit next to people and face inwards? To make it worse, why are the announcements so loud? If we could see out the windows, it would be easier to tell where we are."
"I mostly like Reservoir Station, but it can be busy and this area is near Cleveland Circle and the train yard. This stop was last renovated in the early 1980s so it no longer has the wooden hut that has the station name on it like some others. This stop was made ADA accessible in 2002. The pain from the black roof on the platforms should be repainted."
"Doesnt even run most of the time and highers braindead drivers for shuttles who take the weong route 9 times out of 10. Tells us they're going to Kenmore then goes the opposite direction. 5th time this week."
"MBTA can't even get the first bus of the day out on time. It's been consistently 10 minutes late for weeks now. I used to be 10 minutes early to work, now I'm late. I can't catch an earlier bus and I can't afford to pay for a Lyft or Uber to work everyday."
"Covered waiting areas and it's near the C-Line if you don't want to wait to go INBOUND. The Chestnut Hill Reservoir is right nearby as well as other local attractions. Bus lines: 51 and 86. Cab Stand: Yes Uber: Easy location for a pick up."
