"Online reservation, price, and check in process was very easy and convenient. I realized at the end of a move that I needed more space and was able to reserve and fill a unit same day on a Saturday. There are 3 carts available for use, and the location is easy from downtown Woburn."

"I originally praised this facility as the manager at the time was super helpful. I now have to change my review since the manager that was super helpful is no longer there. Now horrible. I rented a second unit and the day I came to move in the elevator was NOT working. I called customer service since No one is ever at the facility anymore. They said that the manager would come to check out the elevator and assist me. No one showed up. I called customer service again since my unit was on second floor and I requested a refund. They told me someone would contact me. The next day I called again and they were able to get the manager on the line. She immediately came on the line hit! Her first words were not even a greeting. Just a question... sge asked " when you signed the lease you were able to get in the building right?" To which I replied yes but not able to move in my unit. I had to use a different company and I would now like a refund as I requested it the day I paid and signed the lease. Per their company policy a refund can be given only the day of the initial signing if lease and payment to move in. The manager said " I'm just the manager I need to speak with my boss to see if I can refund d this". I don't understand why this is so difficult. I paid I cNe to move in. I was not able to. I gave them a few hours to arrive at the site to no avail and now since I couldn't move in I want a refund. I'm still waiting. I am appalled. I will be canceling my current unit and will now be using a different company for both my units. Worst customer service ever. Don't go here! I had to give 1 star but I wish I could have given 0!"

"I really wish I could remember which location Andrew works at. In any case, the on site personnel were out and he was covering down for a brief period from another location. Really friendly, patient, and a genuine pleasure to be around. I can't speak to the personnel that service this location, but the customer service today was first rate. Thanks again for getting the family and I set up and on our way so quickly."

"Zero stars. Our unit was broken into TWICE in 6 months. The door was kicked in while the only person present in the building was the general manager Adam. We lost thousands in belongings. Police reports filed for all incidents. The thieves were removing wall panels! The lower level was flooded for days because the manager didn't clean the drainage grates outside that were covered in leaves (even after we pointed them out). The keypads stopped working for months so they just left the doors unlocked 24/7. The garage door bay was stuck open for weeks. The elevators work sometimes (but not always). The lights in my unit stopped working and they refused to fix them. There used to be four carts now there is only one. The list can go on. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!"
