"8-2024 update, this is literally a gang of henchmen working for what is possibly the most corrupt state in this country. In May I'd spoken with Roberta who was very rude and made false claims insisting I had to have a hearing for a traffic citation via a zoom meeting - my fellow citizens, do not get sucked into this digital legal system, go to the courthouse if you are fighting allegations. Do not give them the pleasure of dismissing you via some private third party company's teleconferencing technology that we the taxpayer fund. Upon arrival I parked on the street in front of the court as there was not a single sign stating that you're not allowed to. As I entered the court house a plain clothed overweight man bearing no badge, (officer Louis Castro - WPD) shouted from an unmarked Silver Ford Taurus that I couldn't park there. I approached him to inquire why there was no signage if that was the case, and instead of Louis giving me an answer like a human being, he attempted to escalate the situation threatening me with a ticket and threatening to involve the state policeman parked in a cruiser behind him. I asked this man where I should park and he pointed to the lot which was full and then played dumb about his knowledge of parking in his own city. After moving my car literally across the street, I returned, this time filming the sidewalks for proof that there was no signage. I then approached Louis's unmarked vehicle and asked for his name and badge number, so what did he do? He fled in his car! This was not the type of behavior I would expect from a police officer so I called him a name that he didn't like as he drove away. I then turned to the state policeman parked in the cruiser inquiring about the signage, the statey agreed that there is no signage there and that a ticket would not have held up. I proceeded to enter the courthouse and passed through security, and shortly after, I overheard the security screener 'associate court officer O'Brien' talking about my interaction with Louis Castro from just minutes prior. I then asked the screener what the issue was and he seemed to want to make my interaction which occurred outside the court on the public street his issue, claiming that I have no right to call that man who failed to identify (Louis Castro) such names and threatening to remove me from the courthouse. I guess they are in cahoots against the citizens and freedom of speech. See Thurairajah v. City of Fort Smith as well as many others. After having my speeding ticket dismissed, coincidentally by the same statey who witnessed my interaction with Louis Castro, I asked the security screener for his name. The man ('associate court officer O'Brien') refused to give it to me even after I told him I was going to file a complaint and needed it, at which point he told me to leave. I would not leave, so he called for backup. I was then surrounded by court officers who finally understood the situation and assisted me with filing a complaint. His "supervisor" 'assistant court officer Diane Dugann' tried her best to run cover for him refusing to give her name as well and lying to me about security screening policies. The saddest thing about this whole day was that it started by me getting pulled over back in April by a pepped up statey (roids? coke?) late at night who made insane allegations which were very quickly dismissed despite having had put me in handcuffs while he illegally searched my vehicle. What happened to this country?"
"Honestly, if I could give this District Court, zero stars I would, my father had passed however, he had been summoned for jury duty, so obviously he wouldn’t be able to attend. My mother and I went to this court to see what would happen in a sense of where they just cancel it what was happening, we walk in the security guard is nothing but arrogant and rude and just talking to somebody so we don’t know what to do so we start to walk towards someone out of nowhere he yells from across the room you people can’t just be back here OK fine, we explain to him the situation, and it was nothing but arrogance and absolutely no help. He needs to be reminded that he’s a security guard And he needs to lose that attitude quick."
"The review before mine is accurate. Julie Veno graduated from tufts. If there is a medical court issue she will side with hospitals, even if it is obviously medical malpractice or litigation intimidation by the hospital."
"This was a joke I have gotten the run around from the courts saying they did not have my returned paper saying the other party was served and asking for a zoom meeting because I am disabled. Trying to work with anyone is like pulling teeth.this should have been an easy case. But it ended up being a nightmare and costing a lot of money. Today is my day and still don't have an answer."
"Place is absolutely awful. Clerk magistrate is an old grump first of all. Extremely rude and unpleasant. I was told that I had to appear at the courtroom by 9:00 am, and if I got there at 9:01 they wouldn’t let me in. This is understandable. I appeared at 8:45 and waited. 9:00 rolled around, and the session started. I was one of the first names called, and my speeding ticket was dropped and I was released, for the officer didn’t show up. On my way home, I get a call from the courthouse and they basically said “never mind, the officer showed up 10 minutes late so your fines actually aren’t dropped”, even though I have the paper stating that they were. Almost comical. They told me I could either turn around or go back to court next week. Mind you, I was already 15 minutes down the highway. This place is twisted."
