"So I showed up after confirming my appointment. I waited almost 20 minutes and then knocked on her door although it said there was a session in progress. She didn’t know who I was or that I had an appointment. She went on to say that she put it in for next week. When I showed her my text confirming “this Thursday” she wasn’t apologetic, and didn’t care that I wasted gas, time and money. No big deal. I got plenty of all that. NOT!!!! She was rude and should have been way more sincere when she vaguely apologized. Would not recommend her to anyone. Wish she paid attention to the texts. If she massages like she reads texts whoever goes to her will not be satisfied!"

"Crystal is a highly skilled massage therapist. She was present, engaged and attentive to my body, what it needed and when it was needed. She knew how to warm up different areas, how deep of pressure to use, how long to use it and when to go lighter based on how my body was responding and what she could feel. She's extremely intuitive and has mad skills! The way she massaged me made me feel like she knew by body, and she spent more time on the requested areas of focus which I loved as the massage was tailored and customized for me. The entire massage felt like I was being cared for, cuddled and hugged. I have experienced a number of massage therapists, and Crystal stands out from the crowd. She used methodical techniques that targeted pressure points and made my body melt like butter. She's truly in a class of her own. Never felt so relaxed! If I could put her in my pocket and take her everywhere I went I would! Her massage studio is also spacious, clean, inviting and comfy which is a value add. I booked my next appointment as she is officially my go to massage therapist. Thank you Crystal!"
