"Today, October 2, 2023, at exactly 2 pm, I went to put a small box for my daughter and the customer service person was quite rude. He abruptly took the box out of my hands and spoke to me. In an unprofessional way, he seemed to be busy and there were only two people in line, he answered rudely. I hate that this happens in a place where I should find kindness but what What bothers me the most is that I have to put letters and boxes to my daughter, this unfortunately is the closest place to my work so I can go during my brake hour but meet these types of people It leaves me devastated to know that I must return not because I want to but because I have to find the way to do it.
