Reviews of Crystal Shores Conservation Area
"Nice area for dog walking. Also used for fishing, hiking, and a few mountain bikers. Or, just a nice area to get away and enjoy nature. One good hill. The rest is most flat. You can avoid the hill, but looping around. If you loop around, there's more roots to do with, or wetness during rainy season. You can do a loop, and extend around the corner, and almost get a mile out of it. Good drainage up and down the hill during rainy periods"
"I did 1.3 miles in 35 minutes. The red and yellow trails. Nice wide trails that are marked well. Not buggy at all today. A few muddy areas but passable. Beautiful views of Crystal Lake. I didn't realize how big it is. I saw about a dozen ducks swimming around. I ran into several people walking their dogs and were very friendly. A great hike."
