Mike, the POD driver delivering and picking up my POD, went above and beyond to ensure my POD was delivered on time, that I was kept informed of all updates, and that the movers who came to help understood the functionality of the loading dock where we were working out of. Truly outstanding customer service and the reason my moving day went as smoothly as it did. While PODS gives 3 hour window delivery estimates, you can pay extra for them to coordinate with the local locations (like this one) to narrow that window down, and I so deeply appreciate Mike and the Norwood team sticking to the 9am time frame that I'd asked for so that I could hire the movers for a reasonable amount of time as well. "So far, it’s been a seamless and streamlined process using PODS- much better than expected for a cross country move. Their written policies,contract and pricing seem accurate to what we discussed with their agents. Empty pod delivery was accurate with times and placed perfectly. On pick-up day (after POD was packed), we appreciated Mike giving us a call with his updated arrival time, but we were happy we didn’t have to be home anyway- he reassured us that it would all go well.
