"Experience was bad. The building was lock so I could not access my storage space. I called the number that was on the door. I spoke with "Sasha". She communicated well, but she is a little rude. She said because of an incident, the buidling is close until 2pm. At 1pm, I called to know if I could still come at 2pm. She said she was in the building, and it was open. I hope she did call me as soon as the building was open."

They didn’t hesitate to get up from their desk to show me sample sizes, and where the unit was located on the floor. The Extra Storage site was extremely clean, well lit, and secure."

"For the customers to be aware of this storage facility. Currently, they have mice infestation! The elevator is out of order for a month. Even if you want to vacate the place you would not be able to. Yes, management offered $25 credit for the inconvenience, which is not adequate for the fact that you are stuck there and stuck paying any way. I have been a customer since 2021 at that place. A lot has changed with the change from Stor-U-Self to Extra Space Storage. I feel like everything was perfect before that change and interested if it is some type of scheme to change from one company to another to justify enormous raise in fees and worsened service…. Please read through the contract with attention. They have raised charges almost twice for a small 5*5 storage unit. The place is a rip off after taking into consideration all the hustles."

"All of their elevators to the second floor have been broken for one month, and the best they said they could offer is a $50 credit (less than 25% of one month’s rent). Pretty lame discount considering the outsized inconvenience."
