"Marlene is one of my favorite people I have met in a long time. This woman spends her undivided attention to me, and the detail she puts into my hair. She will customize your look to what’s best for your hair. I’ve had an instance where we used some extensions that SHE wasn’t pleased with. She used them in her daughter, they were a new brand and style she was trying and was unsatisfied with the results she got doing her daughter’s hair. This woman came all the way to where I work, to tell me she was not pleased, and that next time, I wa Lu’s only going to have to pay her for the service and not the extensions themselves! She waited a LONG TIME to speak to me as well! I am an assistant manager at the local Domino’s and we were very busy when she came to speak to me. I am very greatful of her and appreciate the type of human she is and the incredible business she runs! I am about to call her today to see if she can squeeze me in on Thursday or maybe even Sunday this week, so we will see!!"
