"Literally the rudest post office. Every single time I’ve gone in, they are flat out mean to any question any person could ask. I went in the other day and someone was asking about paying for tracking. They explained to the clerk that 20 years ago, there used to be a way to pay for tracking. The clerk was so rude to them and when the person left, the clerk said “everyone always wants something for free.” Not what happened. They were literally asking to pay for the service. I went in today and Claude was questioning me about the address on my envelope. He asked if the 7 was an S and I was trying to understand and explain the address and he shushed me and said “I know what I’m talking about.” Then, I didn’t realize you couldn’t modify the shape of a flat rate box and he was so rude about how I needed to “respect the shape of the box”. Honestly, I dread going here."

"You might not think reviewing a Post Office branch is worthwhile, but this particular location stands out for friendly staff and efficient wait times. I live in Cambridge but prefer to go to this branch for the friendlier and easier overall experience. There’s generally available 15 minute street parking right in front of the building if you go in the morning."

"Very helpful staff. A package was delivered to my old address due to the shippers mistake. I asked for help tracking the package to see if it was returned to shipper. The manager and his team tracked the package, called me and within a day i got my package. great folks ...."

"I have frequently picked up my packages a day (or two) early simply by going here when I notice the tracking says "arrived at carrier facility in Belmont MA" and it turns my 2-5 or 3-5 business day online shopping into 2 day or 3 day MAX every time. These people are wonderful and as has been said, compared to other 'outposts' these guys are always a cut above. Keep up the great work, and I will see them again soon."
