"Called clerks office to see what their schedule was. I live a hour away, so I wanted to make sure I didn’t have to wait. They said lunch is 1:00pm - 2:00pm. I arrived at 11:55 am. They told me the book keeper went to lunch early. So I had to sit and wait till 1:40 for him. I understand people need to eat but bring a snack to hold you over till lunch. Very unprofessional. If you have a schedule then follow it. Especially when your job requires you to be there to process checks during regular business hours."
"Terrible experience. Was selected for jury. Arrived, had my questionnaire with private info taken, and told my jury was canceled without further explanation. Called the jury line and did not get a clarification but told again repetitively you're not selected without answering any of my questions. It is like "hey I don't care you're not selected bye stop calling" type of response. I wish never being selected again!!!!!!! Lesson learned here is never fill out questionnaire before, call the jury line the day before, and do not trust the email asking to appear in court - that email is not valid but automatic to everyone."
"Officers were kind and helpful and the judge was authoritative yet understanding. I was called in for jury duty here but did not get selected even so the process was relatively efficient and you had downtime to do whatever you needed to. At the end everyone was let out before lunch which all things considered is a bonus. All in all if you’re serving jury duty here I believe you will be in good hands."
"Andrew in Probation was very helpful. He was the parole officer for someone convicted of defrauding multiple people, including someone I have power of attorney for. The Clerk's office was moderately helpful so Andrew took the time to speak to them directly to get all the information I needed. Talked to Andrew three times. He was genuinely helpful and went above and beyond each time."
"Court staff in clerk office is very rude, unhelpful and makes it seem like a bother to do their job. The unprofessionalism that is tolerated by the court is appalling. I’ve work with several other courts, never have I ever been disregarded and cursed. Poor judgement on whoever hires here."
