"Excellent and friendly service. Quick and easy return."
"Worst post office ; I drop my delivery it did not move on tracking one week; I called Sharon post office they kept telling me every day they are working on it. I will request supervisor please look with this tracking number 9400108205499586124814 where it disappeared in Sharon post office.this is second second time same problem. I also have receipt of proof. This post office needs improvement."
"I think the "mean lady" is gone because I've been to this location several times in the last few months, and they are wonderful! When the line gets long, they apologize for the wait and are very nice and helpful. I find this location a lot better than the E Walpole and Randolph locations where I used to go. The two current employees I always see are quick, knowledgeable, and kind."
"There is one particular woman who works at this branch who is extremely unkind. We had come in with large loads of boxes to send previously and she knew who we were. When we arrived one afternoon to send out more packages, she said "Oh great, you've caught me during lunch hour and I'm the only one at the desk...are you proud of yourselves?" I was so taken aback by her question that I couldn't even respond. My husband told her we had no way of knowing when postal workers' lunch hours were. This was just one negative experience with this particular person, we had had others previously. Now we go out of our way to avoid this branch."
"USPS lies about making deliveries. I've received several notifications that packages were delivered to my house, when they were not delivered. "Your package was handed off directly" Blatantly lying to customers and recipients. I'm told that USPS scans packages prior to delivery, which dies NOT CONFIRM DELIVERY. I've had a missing packages delivered later than they're confirmation date. The package was also damaged and taped up with USPS tape (I was happy about the sticker that told me that they did damage it and apologized for it). But that damaged package ended up on my doorstep a little past 9pm, well after my normal 3pm mail, which NEVER HAPPENS. Between December 2018 and February 2019 I've had 2 false delivery notifications, 2 missing packages and 1 crushed package. I understand that they're busy and things can happen. I DON'T UNDERSTAND OR APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO. That's unacceptable, especially from a business that titled UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. They should be ashamed at themselves for making USPS untrustworthy"
