"Try to keep correct mileage records so customers are not overcharged as your business did to me. I rented a truck to move some furniture half a mile from my house with a single trip. I used a total of 10 miles at most. I was charged for 77 miles instead of 10 miles. I only had to add 2 gallons of gas to fill the tank. I have that receipt as well. I am gonna call solve it 7 news to let them know Uhaul is overcharging customers on mileage."
"Rented a truck for a few hours, returned it properly the same day, only to find that they charged my credit card TWO days rental fees. Efforts to get a refund were ignored. I Have never gone back there and advise anyone who mentions U-Haul what a scam they are. Plus they advertise low cost rates to get you in the door, then quote you 10x as much for the rental. No thanks, never again."
