"I've lived near here for most of my life and still don't know why it's considered an "historic park". To me, it qualifies as neither. It's a small, oval, grassy island between the north bound and south bound sides of a residential street. It has some nice trees, a walkway, a bench and some grass. It is a good spot for neighborhood kids to toss a ball where their parents can see them from inside their homes."
