"The customer service at this store is absolutely horrendous! Recently, I was looking for a product in there, I asked, somebody stocking the shelves if she knew where in the store, I might find it and she looked at me like I had 10 heads like how dare I ask her such a thing, and she said no I’m sorry I don’t. That was it. I was left to my own to find it. The way they talk to you when you ring out is just unacceptable. It is the rudest, coldest I have ever seen anywhere! This is consistent with this store and has been for at least five years now. I think they finally got rid of the matriarch, the blonde, 6 foot one that was , always so angry. They never ask how you’re doing, ask if you need help finding anything, ask if you found everything you needed. OK, it’s simply I’m gonna need your app, do you have the app?. Then they get mad because they wait for you to pull it up on your phone and then they are extremely put out by having to scan it. There was never any. Thank you and have a good day. The coldly, hand you a receipt and give you a sneer. I don’t know who does the hiring over there, but it’s always bad. If I walk into the competitors next-door, they are happy to see me, end up, selling me more than I came for, and thank me on my way out the door. I wanted to buy some product today that I saw but I did not dare ask about it! So I did not buy it. It’s the same thing every single time I go, I swear the whole way in and then I swear the whole way out on the way back to my car ."

"20 Years of being a licensed pro, and I just want to share over the past couple years since Ashley has been the manager in Hanover, the customer service has been amazing. Extremely helpful and she always remembers you walking in the door. Recently she hired a new assistant manager Melissa, she’s awesome too. So helpful and very knowledgeable with helping me find what I need. She also told me about the perks of having the credit card, they make it worth it! Of all the stores in south eastern mass this one is my favorite. Also very organized!"
