"I am an attorney and recently moved my office to Norwood and it took me about 2 months to start getting any mail. After several complaints, they finally figured out that they were putting the mail in the PO Box of the previous tenant b/c he was a lawyer too. They had just assumed I had worked with him. Remarkably, they continued to do this after I had complained to them. They have caused me to miss 3 court dates and I was fined by the court for failing to appear. I hear they have a new manager. I hope he makes a difference."

It was almost closing time, I popped into this local post office near my work to mail out an important document, he explained the extra service that I didn't need to save a few bucks. John was very patient as I also wanted to see different new stamp designs, he didn't mind and showed me what were available. I felt connected and like I was the only customer in the world!"
