"Stay way from this company, I had my driveway done by this company 3 years ago, and they didn’t do a good job. There’s plant coming thru the asphalt and when you call them they told me that I have to keep up with maintenance."

"I contacted this company for a driveway and was initially impressed with their fast appointment time and price, but I had to wait on hiring due to ongoing renovations but was assured “I’d be taken care of”, so when the time came to get the driveway done they fell short, made false promises and then disappeared. I was told it would be done one week and then it wasn’t, then told it would be done the following week and it wasn’t, then told it would be done this specific day and it wasn’t and when I reached out to ask why it wasn’t done I received no response. Good business practice and integrity come from actions, not words. This company was unprofessional and seemed lazy and based on other reviews I’m glad I hired someone else."

"If a company deserves negative stars, this would be the one! lets start with the POOR Quality work, 110% he skimped me on thickness of asphalt, I payed to have a 2'' finished product, i was left with 1'' at most which is all broken up now. This guy has no clue how to run a paver, lines jog all over the place, he chipped all my new concrete aprons around buildings, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this guy"

"Stay away. His asphalt paving work is sloppy, fast and he does not care about doing good work. One man band. He did a small extension to my driveway and the asphalt is to high compared to the rest of the driveway and also has puddles and marks in the new pavement. He ran the roller across it one time to compact it and ran off like Cinderella. He should have rolled it several times with the roller to get good compaction of the asphalt and level it properly. I will probably have it ripped up and repaved again this summer. A contract wont help you as a customer because he still will do shoddy work."

"This company is a Absolutely disgrace to the local community, payed him cash, as he requested for his discounted “cheaper price” little did I know, that he would highly skimp out on product, payed his asking amount, with agreed 2” of asphalt layed down, less then 1 year later, pavement is broken up in several spots, showing less then 1” of asphalt layed down, since he requested cash without giving me a receipt at end of job, looks like I’m out over $8,000 I payed him, and will have to hire another contractor to atleast fix, or even tear up and replace Manny R Pavings horrible And disgraceful Job/product. Please, buyer beware with this company before hire. Please, please get a contract in writing before you do any buisness with them"
