"Construction took 6 months longer than we were told leaving us with a gaping hole in our house for many consecutive months that we were not planning for. The new floors they added are slanted and do not properly meet at the house's existing floor height creating a significant dip when entering the new kitchen which also caused cracks along the ceiling where the two rooms meet. EVERY room they added has leaking problems with the roofs and SGO's solution is to just paint over the forming water damage spots so it looks like they did their job right. Completely disappointed with how the addition turned out and would NEVER come back here for additional work from them! Avoid at all costs!"
