"We went with All Phases this summer for a deck construction and retaining wall for an above ground pool. The price was the most affordable out of all the estimates we got, additionally they were more affordable even including a roughly 35 ft retaining wall and crushed stone surrounding the pool, not included in other estimates. Timing was the only downfall from being 5 stars, and I also had to make calls to deal with town building dept which they (town building dept) admitted to messing up. All phases delivered solid work beyond our expectations, got it done quickly each time they came, pleasure to work."

"We hired Larry for a large outdoor patio and deck project and I have regretted it every single day since. He is terribly unprofessional, has a huge ego and his quality of work is not only poor but unsafe. We have pavers sinking, a crooked deck, an unfinished retaining wall and more. We spent thousands of dollars for him to walk way from an unfinished job and refuse to fix any of this mistakes. Now I’m forced to pay thousands more to get it all fixed. There is a group on Facebook for people to come together who were scammed by this man. Stay far, far away!"

"IF I could give Larry Westgate 0 stars I would... I had him put in a retaining wall in my back yard with steps to go into a fire pit area. He got his $15,000 and I got an unlevel, unsafe, cheep wall. The steps are not what I wanted/paid for at all...The steps have NEVER been used because they are unsafe. The top stones move because they are not secured to the stone underneath. His worker had put a bunch of sand type material all over the spaces behind and in between the top stone for the steps-I do not know what this material is or what it was for but most of it washed away with the rain, if you look at the steps in the photo you can see it behind the stone. It looks like a chunky/dirt material but can be wiped away. The steps are also spaced away from the back wall and hang over too much so if you did try to use them the stone would flip and you would fall and get hurt. they are completely unsafe. The wall is also not properly installed and is unlevel. His worker put down a bunch of blue stone and stacked the stones on top of it (see pictures) The first stone is supposed to be in the ground for support... not simply stacked on top of blue stone... He said the stone we got was high end and of good quality.. it in fact is cheap stone I could purchase myself at Home Depot and looks like it would crumble if touched in some areas... Larry's employees also broke the side gait to my yard and never fixed it... His worker also dug deeper then they were supposed to and cut an electrical wire to my sheds- they "attempted" to fix this (not an electrician or qualified person- his worker bought a kit and tried to fix it himself)."
