"The customer service at this location sucks. Yesterday I bought 3 Ardell magnetic lashes and one duo lash glue. They had a sale of buy two Ardell items and get one free. Duo was not on sale. The lash glue I purchased was dried out so I went to exchange it. I tried to get the same one but the others were also dried out, so I found another lash glue - same brand and same price. Well the clerk insisted that I had to pay a three dollar difference, because her system said I got it on sale when I didn’t. My receipt clearly says that I paid full price for it. After going back-and-forth for a while I told her to return everything and that it was really messed up that Sally was willing to lose $30 sale over a $3 difference. I will be going back to return the last item on the receipt cause I don’t give my $ to places with bad customer service."
