"Bay State Pod Rental is great--they scared up a unit for me almost immediately when I needed storage during major interior home renovations. The unit they delivered was immaculately clean, easy to step in and out of, and the door was easy to operate, with a nice big latch to put a heavy padlock on. And they let me rent longer when I wasn't quite able to clear the pod at the end of my initial month. Next summer my renovations will continue through the last remaining spaces and I will do business with Bay State again if it involves storage--which I imagine it will."

The delivery driver called twice to confirm the location. Anne even followed up the next week to see how things were going. The 20’ pod is huge, clean and exactly what we needed. "Bay State was great. Prompt delivery after we called (and yes! they answered the phone and were helpful to talk to). The delivery person was nice. The pod itself was super clean inside and out. I had never rented a pod like this before and wasn't sure what to expect, but I thought the pod would be a bit beat up and dirty.... Not from Bay State! Plus, the size we ordered wasn't available, so they upsized us at no additional cost, which we thought was wonderful customer service."
