"Since they refuse to respond to my emails. I came to this location around 6pm on a Wednesday 7/17 and I asked the girl Niynati to clean my lower brow and keep the length of my brow as I’ve struggled with grow them out on the end. I told this girl 3 times don’t take off the length just a bit of cleaning. She looked at me and said ok. This was all while she was the phone talking to some guy. After she finished the right brow she let me take look and she did exactly what I ask her not to do! Then she had the audacity to argue with me telling me this will look better. I DID NOT ASK HER WHAT SHE THOUGHT. I’ve been coming to the threading salon for 13 years! None of the other employees have ever done this before. This girl Niynati was rude and did not care that I was so upset at what she did to me. She needs to be fired for her lack of skill with the job and with how she treats customers. Don’t let that incompetent girl Niynati touch you. She’s awful. She had the audacity to go behind the counter, as if I was going to pay her I walked out with one eyebrow messed up And had to go to the booth and have someone else clean the other brow. She also wanted to charge me, but there was no way I was gonna pay for the awful experience. I’m never coming back."
