"Before today I didn't think the Chelsea Ma. location was still open. While waiting for my order to be prepared at Michael G's next door I decided to stop in even though I didnt need anything, so I thought. I did end up purchasing a conair pro heat extreme blow dryer that I was previously interested in buying at the Revere location but it was out of stock. The reason for my review is regarding the woman, who may have been the store manager, that was there today, Sunday May 14th. She was so helpful so accommodating and so pleasant that I just had to write her a good review and hopefully she will receive the acknowledgment she deserves for being such a fabulous customer service representative..People like you are hard to come by...Thank You!"

"IF YOUR LOOKING FOR AN alternative to OLAPLEX I would head over to Sally's Beauty in Chelsea . Ladies that were workin on Sun were so helpful , I was curious about new line to me BONDBAR PRICEPOINT I LOVE 10.00$ for each product but if your not sure get the basics.I purchased every item total was 69.00. I'm so happy AND THANK YOU LADIES FOR YOUR HELP"

But Daniela and Idania every time I’ve gone in they both have helped me in every way possible. I’ve been going there since they opened up at this location and always had wonderful experiences, but definitely not today. She needs to be retrained and learn to better handle herself as a customer representative for a professional environment."
