"This is the absolute worst Sally’s I’ve ever been to, if you have another one close by I would go there instead. The employees here clearly don’t care about the customers. I was trying to ask if they had a product in stock. When I walked up to the lady at the register (no other customers around) she said can you please wait. I waited 2-3 minutes before finally going to find someone else. Today I tried calling to see if they have an item in stock before dropping by I was put on hold again for over 5 mins before hanging up. Absolutely terrible"

"I never leave reviews but as a cosmetologist myself , I had a wonderful girl check me out today 4/29/23 around 11am so friendly & nice. I think employees like this should be rewarded for not just “checking you out “ she was helpful with changing my old phone number in my account & easy too talk too! Wish I got her name. I’ve had not so great experiences at other beauty supply stores. Definitely would come back!"

"I gotta say shopping with Sally’s during COVID has been a night mare. I receive 5 different shipments not including the main items (the hair dye both times) and not being made aware they’re not coming until everything else already arrived. BUT I called Sally’s in Saugus and spoke to the nicest women who set aside everything I needed for me with no rush. So that was really cool"
