"Everything about my experience was incredible! The salon is beautifully decorated, very clean, and luxurious. I was given a champagne flute of Pelegrino, and my neck was wrapped in a warm towel, and I showed Joanne some inspiration pictures for my color. She was very knowledgeable and had color samples to choose from, which ended up being spot on. The whole experience was truly relaxing, with an amazing head massage along with the shampoo. The color is EXACTLY what I was hoping for! I wanted to darken up my color but still keep lighter tones and Joanne delivered exactly that. "I brought my 13-yr-old son to House of Hair, LLC for his first professional hair color and was blown away to discover this beautiful, spacious, modern and impeccably clean salon right in my own neighborhood. The owner/stylist Joanne was receptive about the color and style he wanted and patient while working with him. He's very happy with the results! Joanne cares so much about her clients' results that after we first made the appointment and she met with us two months ago, she let us know that my son's hair was too short for the color to be worth it at that time. She had him in the chair, saw a picture and listened to what he wanted, and let us know that we should wait rather than do the color and charge us. I offered her a gratuity for her time and honesty and she refused to take it. I was offered tea, cocoa and coffee options, and sat on a comfy couch sipping a Taza herbal tea during the appointment. I spent the time playing a game on my phone and looking around at the beautifully designed space and modern equipment. I look forward to heading back for a blowout or trim!"
