"Worse experience I had since the moment I walked in. Screwed up my HAIR the first time thru their use of Groupon. Had to come back a 2nd time due to failed -at time attempt work Amy and second time Anna (only hair) was better but customer service WAY off here. The Vibe ain't right. They were not gentle, accommodating much, friendly, but rather forceful, somewhat impatient, and rude. Also, they keep leaving hair dye stains on my forehead!! As if unfinished !! Unbelievable. Make sure to ASK them if they charge EXTRA ahead pf time for ANYTHING. Will never Come back here!"
