"STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! I usually don't leave reviews but felt people should be aware of this place and their unscrupulous business practices. First of all, they charge more if you pay by credit card ($65 vs. $70). That should have been the first sign...the massage itself was lovely and very good given the price point. However, what transpired afterwards was terrible. I was planning to tip $13 on a $65 service (20%) but needed change from a $20. Note: they take the cash payment for the service when you arrive. The front desk woman refused to give me change and tried to literally take my $20 bill. I said I wanted to leave a $13 tip and she could either give me change or just give me $7 back. Then my masseuse came out and kept trying to take my $20 bill even though I specifically said I didn't want to tip $20 (31%). At first they acted like there was a language barrier but when I didn't buy it, they changed their approach and literally just kept trying to strong arm me into giving a $20 tip, which was ridiculous given everything that transpired. After arguing with them for 5 minutes and standing my ground, they finally gave me change and I scrounged up $2 in my purse. In retrospect, I should've walked out without tipping. This review doesn't begin to accurately depict the unpleasant experience. They were extremely aggressive and ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. However, that all went out the window when they wouldn't let me leave without trying to take a 31% tip. In retrospect, I am very glad I didn't pay by credit card because they are clearly not trustworthy and I would definitely not want them having my credit card number. I would stay away at all costs - its not worth the hassle! I also don't support unscrupulous people and business practices (according to other reviews, this has happened to other people too)."
"I want to start off by saying the massage was fantastic. What happened at the end ruined my experience and made me feel more stressed then when I went in. At the end, the woman who had been giving me the massage patted my stomach/belly, and made a comment to the tune of "Did you eat too much breakfast?" and when I replied confused she said "Too big!", in reference to my stomach. The absolute last place you should be body shamed is at a massage or spa. I had planned to give a $15 tip (on a $65 Massage), and still planned to after those comments were made, despite it all. She said $15 wasn't enough and tried to get me to pay more, but I held firm. Also, They had assured me on the phone they took credit cards before I came in. The credit card machine didn't work (which she blamed me for) between trying two cards and Apple Pay, so I had to run to find an ATM and come back with cash, which was also stressful. She wanted to take a picture of my debit card, which I said no way to. All of this after a massage really ruined the up until then pleasant experience I had had, and just wish I hadn't left feeling more stressed and insecure than I had before going in."
"Most intense massage ever!! But worth it. Very nice staff, clean establishment, convenient location."
"I had some really good massage here very recently. The Asian lady was very sweet and did a good massage on me. The ambiance was very nice and the place looked clean and well taken care of. I will be sure to come back. Thank You."
