Nomad Organic Foot Spa
About the Business
Welcome to Nomad Organic Foot Spa, your modern boutique eco-spa destination in the heart of Brookline, Massachusetts. Located at 408 Harvard Street, we invite you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in our relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Our team consists of nationally certified (ARCB) reflexologists dedicated to providing exceptional care through the art of reflexology, also known as zone therapy. This alternative medicine technique involves applying pressure to the feet using specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques, without oils or lotions. It is based on a pseudoscientific system that aims to reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, promoting physical change and wellness.
Experience our signature $59 per hour Herbal Foot Reflexology Massage, which includes a complimentary Asian bodyworks (TuiNa massage) with hot stones. TuiNa is a hands-on body treatment rooted in Chinese Taoist principles, involving techniques such as pushing, lifting, squeezing, shaking, and tapotement, all designed to stimulate acupressure points and promote healing.
Enhance your spa experience with our aromatherapy services, which utilize the powerful molecules of essential oils to balance the mind and emotions. Enjoy a 10-minute Scalp Treatment for just $20, which stimulates circulation, relieves headaches or migraines, and relaxes the mind using organic treatment oil.
For a quick relaxation session, try our chair massage, available in 15 or 30-minute sessions. Focused on the back, shoulders, neck, and arms, these massages use Swedish techniques like kneading, compression, and tapotement, providing relief without the need for oils.
Don't miss our Herbal Ball Massage, available for $30, or add an herbal ball to any massage for just $20. These massages help alleviate pain and inflammation, leaving you relaxed and tension-free. Herbal balls can be reused up to four times; simply hang dry after each use, store in a plastic bag, and refrigerate for best results.

"Walked in here today for a 30 minute foot massage. It was just what I was looking for ! The environment was nice and calming and the massage was great. I’ll definitely come back and add on other services"
"I have been to this spa for the foot and body massage combo three times now, and I will definitely be booking again! They do a great job of making the atmosphere relaxing and everything seems very clean. I always feel great after getting massages here!"
"I walked in out of curiosity and the receptionist told me there’s a weekly special, would I be interested. $59 for 30 min foot reflexology and 15 min body massage I also saw $20 for a 10 min scalp treatment so I asked to add that to the weekly special. The foot reflexology was underwhelming. He also didn’t ask whether his pressure was enough. But when he massaged my neck, he had strength and hit the spot right on. I told him so, and he replied, “Thank you.” The body massage was fully clothed with a towel on top. His pressure was strong and I felt relaxed, making me think I wish I requested a body massage rather than a foot reflexology. Now I know."
"This was the strangest massage experience I’ve ever had. Had the Tuina massage and the masseuse massaged me with my clothes on as well as a towel over my clothes. Very bizarre. The amount of pressure applied was okay but it felt like she wasn’t focused on key tension points. Overall the massage felt rushed and underwhelming and I wouldn’t come back. The icing on the cake was the tip request at the end. It was a 21 min massage and tips according to their sheet start from the 1hr services so not sure why there was an expectation for a tip after a short and rushed service. Note: they don’t ask the routine questions e.g trouble areas, if you’re pregnant or have any physical conditions etc. and you don’t sign any waiver forms."
"Relax, Renew and Refresh New spa at Newton, soothing ambience, good staff and service. I wanted to rate 4/5 as I was charged for an hour long, when I made an appointment for 30 min service. But can’t help it I was enjoying the experience and time passed by like anything. Owners should be accountable for the time and service they provide to their customers. A day at spa are necessity and not a luxury. Book your appointment today."
