"The staff here is absolutely atrocious!! Came in after working at my salon all day an hour before they closed, both employees, one with blue hair in a Bob and the other with blonde hair pulled back in the clip, paced around me and followed me the entire time I was in the store-mind you I’ve been a stylist for 18 years, yet they acted as if I was just some bum coming in off the street to steal from them-they could not be more displeased that I was in the store and gave me the biggest attitude, i’ll never come here again, seems to be a constant with professional beauty supply store employees to have the WORST attitudes like they hate the world"

"Very confused... I always pick up items for my wife at several other locations in the area. Today I went to the Dedham location for the first time. I was told that regardless of the situation I would not be sold items. I was told that they did not accept phone orders for pickup by s third party. My wife called another location and I was able to pickup with no issues. Not sure why I was refused service. A small part of me wonders if it was because the hat I was wearing supports police. I will not patronize this particular location in the future."

"I drove all the way down from Boston to this Salon Product store in Dedham, Massachusetts. nowhere on google it said it sells to professionals only. I have shopped at many salon places that are professional salon product stores and they sell to everyone. It was a huge turn off when I saw this. So don’t count on wasting your gas or precious time to find out they don’t sell to you. As I walked in, I was greeted by a Caucasian lady there and another older Caucasian lady was shopping as I was. The older lady asked for something and I asked for men’s hair gel. She told me she only sells to professionals, not to the public so I left and later saw the older lady leave with products. I kind of knew this about what race they sell to but that’s okay. I won’t be coming there again"
