"Lairs!!!! I went there several times to do my hair, and they always said if I didn’t like the results, I should return the product with a bit on it. Last time I went, I was looking for a brighter brown because I was blond, and they told me I should use the brown 7N color and use another color with a blond shade so it wouldn’t be dark. My hair turned out terribly dark and ruined all my highlights. I went there and requested my refund, and she said I didn’t leave enough product in the bottle. It was about 25%. They had told me to leave a little, at least, because obviously you need the product to have a good result! Well, she literally had the audacity to say my hair was the color I wished for. I didn’t pick them myself; I was advised by them that those colors would work out the way I wanted. and I get it, nothing is ever guaranteed, but the difference was undeniable and ruined my hair, and they have the seven-day return policy, which I never used because even if I didn’t like the results, it wasn’t too crazy for me to come in, but this time was, and they can’t do it? I did not return, and she did not let me speak to the supervisor! I will attach pictures of my hair because it is insane! Very disappointed!"

"I don't know what happened to Sally's recently, but they have the most unfriendly staff of grouchy uninformed old women. You walk in and there is no one to be seen until a Stern woman walks upfront and just states at you. The old staff used to be great, friendly, personable, helpful."

"The new manager is simply awful! This is the second time I've gone to that store twenty minutes before closing and it's already been completely abandoned! She can't let this irresponsibility continue. If she's too lazy to stay until she should I will gladly take her place. I worked there before so I know how it's supposed to be run."
