"Gender biased magistrate. Provided little to no advice for my small business claim several months ago; This week, I was there for a separate matter and witnessed the magistrate providing better and more thorough advice to a male business owner for an equivalent situation. Also don't call me young lady when I'm a 44 year old woman please."

"Good court and system. Nice people. Nice courthouse. They all work well together and in a timely manner. Parking is out front and in the back area by meters. Don't park in the CVS parking lot if going to the courthouse. You will get towed. I speak from experience. Our first time there I made this mistake not realizing there were metered spots. Expensive mistake."

"When you think of a place where you might receive exemplary customer service, a clerk magistrate’s office doesn’t usually come to mind. My original small claims got lost online, so the gentleman in the office helped me file a new one in person with all my documentation. They made sure everything was correct and were light-hearted and kind about everything. One of the lovely ladies even had a delightful conversation with me about my purse and how much she loved it. I just filed the claim today, so I can’t say much on the wait time for the court date, but I’m more than pleased with how smoothly things went and quickly I was able to write up the paperwork and be on my way. Wonderful, professional people working in that office!"

"This court seems to favor its local business and is already biased prior to the hearing. This court favored Baker-Elman Plumbing Co. for its visit and no work to get its service call charge even though this business did not even mention it when a phone contact was made. Where is the justice???"
