Nellie Brows

"I was there a few days ago for an eyebrow wax. When I called I spoke with Mia an artist for Nellie brows. I saw online that eyebrow waxing was $15 so I called hairaholic to book an appointment. Mia, who answered the phone, then told me they have a brow bar located inside and asked if I wanted to book with them, I said yes because she was extremely unclear and not honest making me think that was my only option-to book with Nellie brows. she should’ve been clear that it’s two separate prices as well, I went in expecting to pay $15 because that’s what the website said because I called Hairaholic not Nellie brows. I ended up paying 45 dollars!! A 30 dollar difference should have been very clear!!! My eyebrows looked like actual garbage, trash job. Like what?….. all she did was just a wax and that was $45…for a horrendous job. then, she proceeded to ask me if I color in my eyebrows and I said no. Then even though I said no, she takes a pen and makes them look like boxes. (See picture below) Being a college student, I don’t have the money to spend $45 on eyebrows that look like garbage. She was very unclear. I believe she was very dishonest. She should’ve made that price difference clear on the phone and she didn’t.
