"It is so sad that a federal office has such lousy customer service. Rude, lack of customer service. I went there asking for information about getting a passport, but the lady didn't even look at me and said she was close when it was just 2:30 pm. I wish these offices would train their workers better. If they can't handle customers, they should not work attending people."

"I Have been a Box holder at Lexington P.O. for about 50 years. I've always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy. After reading all the negative reviews, I think it's about time for an honest and positive review! The current staff and window clerks are all excellent, very helpful, and do their best under some trying situations. On occasion, I've seen customers become rude because they don't want to pay what is required for a service. The current staff always provides the various options for the service requested so the customer can choose what's best for them. "I wish I could give it zero star. The staff in this post office are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I told them I need 3 photos for the passport renewal purpose. They gave me 6 photos and charged $45. They said that's the way it works - 3 sets of photos with 2 photos for each set. The man, Lian, was very rude."
