"Enjoyed a good sweat here on a visit from Southern California. As someone who grew up in the Sauna culture of Eastern Europe as well as more recently with Native American sweat lodges, Korean Jjimjilbang and other more modern sweat houses this place does the job, and well. The privacy of your own space is great, booking system is modern and owners are receptive to feedback and suggestions. Wish I could visit one more time before leaving to head home but I will be back on the next visit. Thank you SweatHouz Burlington."

"I have been going to SweatHouz for almost 6 months now and I am absolutely obsessed.. to the point that I try to go daily. There is so much I can go on about this place but here are a few things I love: 1. The Staff: The staff at SweatHouz are so genuine and caring. They get to know you on a first name basis and do their best to make sure your experience is relaxing. They are quick and efficient and go above and beyond to make your visit perfect. 2. The Suites: the suites are so calming and clean. Having all 3 things in a private area is so nice to have “me” time. The suites are always restocked and cleaned prior to your visit and they even have TVs where you can stream Netflix or other apps while relaxing in the sauna or cold plunge. 3. The Beauty Bar: this place has everything you need to freshen up after the gym, before work, before you go out, or whatever occasion you have. The beauty bar is stocked with deodorant, hair spray, dry shampoo, hair ties, etc. It even has blow dryers and straightener/curler. I am obsessed with it. Again I could go on but moral of the story is that I 10/10 recommend this place and continue to urge all my friends and family to go. The benefits are so worth it."

"I recently visited for a session in the contrast therapy private suites, and I was thoroughly impressed. The experience started with a refreshing cold towel infused with essential oils upon arrival, which set a relaxing tone. In my private suite, I had the freedom to select my own music on the TV, adding a personal touch to the session. The suite was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I was so delighted with the service that I decided to sign up for an unlimited membership. It's fantastic to have such a wonderful facility in the neighborhood!"

"The sauna and cold plunge is a great way to start my day! The facility is spotless and having a private suite makes it feel personable. I really like how the staff sets the sauna to my desired temperature before going in. The attention to detail is impeccable."
