Booked this out weeks in advance for a special day to be told day of that we would be in separate rooms. I was told that a manager would call me the next business day to remedy the situation, but it’s been over a week and I have not been contacted. Poor customer experience."
"I went here for the first time today only because I received a gift card. I would not have gone otherwise because the location is a bit hidden. But I had a very very good experience! I had a 90 minute Swedish massage with Dahana and she was absolutely fantastic. I've been getting massages all over the country for the past 20 years and she is probably the best masseuse I have ever had. Because of this experience, I will be booking a membership and trying to go to see Dayana monthly."
