"Every time I’ve called over they last few years, for dogs loose, for dogs barking over 2 hours straight at 6am every single day for weeks, for any animal related call, I find that the person on the other end (I believe it’s the “part time” officer) is always incredibly rude and frequently says “that’s not my responsibility” when you can easily search the law and guidelines online. I just wonder what they get paid for if everything seems to be “not their job” and also why is she so incredibly rude to people trying to get assistance? Get a new job x"

Animal control over the last 30 years has come a long long way in Tewksbury, these are wonderful caring dedicated people we are very lucky to have them in this town thank you for everything Christine and Ashley.
