"Penney Construction is the unicorn!! After 20 years in our first home, we decided it was time to move on. We found a home but knew it needed a lot of work and renovation to fit our needs. We never experienced work of this magnitude and we partnered with Penney Construction due to their reputation. We did not have any experience with a full home renovation but Ryan, his team and all the subcontractors gave us guidance and expertise with our build. Ryan and his team are just amazing! Everyone he works with also has high standards and are so personable and professional. The quality of work is impeccable!  It's as if we're working with family and they truly cared about our needs.
