We had challenges with weather, design re-dos, and permitting. Though the process can be frustrating for owners and workers, I was never worried that things wouldn’t be completed to my satisfaction. "Highly recommend Kingsley Improvements! We did an extensive amount of renovation on a two family home that required months of work. We renovated front porch, added exterior stairs, installed doors, painting, flooring, walls, insulation, siding, roofing, windows, gutters, electrical work, etc. They worked every weekend and many weekdays to get our projects finished quickly. We built a great relationship with Dave and his subcontractors and can honestly say they have all been great. Even though we ran into some issues with the roof installation that cost Kingsley time and money to fix. They were here and made sure that it was fixed right away and done right. (they will no longer be using this roofing company) We plan to use Kingsley in the future with any projects we may have going forward!"
