"Good price and the supervisor stays on the job with runners if anything is needed once it is stripped. A large crew pull up and there's about seven or eight people working on stripping etc. and they clean up after! I have a complicated roof and some roofers didn't even call me back after looking at it. My other estimates were higher, Trahants products were of a higher caliber than a higher priced roofer."

"Prior to hiring Trahant, I had heard nothing but good things about them. While initially impressed, the end result was not what I expected. The positives - 1) They came out and replaced my roof the first week of February, when nobody else would 2) Cost was very good 3) Quick and clean job (had almost 20 men on the job) 4) Initial communication was good The negatives - 1) They damaged my new gutters (see photo) 2) They did not install a drip edge on one side of my house (photo with red paint from our old drip edge shows this). On the other side, they bent it 3) The good communication stopped when I called to voice my issues. I had three conversations about the issues with the job with the same rep that gave me the bid and was my point of contact during the job. Each time, he told me they would come out to make the repairs. They never did and I never heard back from them."
