"If you have any other options, I implore you. Look elsewhere. Working with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. Our closing date was the end of February 2022. We didn't close until the end of April. Partly due to piss poor management, but mostly we were lied to in an effort to make us walk away so the house could be sold at a greater profit. I get that this is a business and businesses want to make money, but we had a contract that they tried to make us break. They told us permits were delayed because the Building Inspector was on a long vacation. A quick trip to Town Hall revealed that was a lie. Our appliances were supposedly out of stock. Another lie. So many dirty underhanded tactics. You might wonder why I waited so long to write this review. WP Construction was under obligation to fix any issues that happened with the house for 1 year from the closing date. The year has passed and issues there were! Some have still not been addressed. I was hoping that maybe they would at least honor that part of the contract. As of the writing of this review they have not. Please. Use another company."
