"I want to thank the Newton FDP and the EMT unit that responded to my house on May 27 for my wife's ":uncertain condition" and subsequently recommended emphatically that my wife should be be transported to a hospital. They did so and my wife was thoroughly evaluated at MGH and thankfully diagnosed with a more benign diagnosis than we and the EMT team feared. These guys know their stuff...I am happy that they are down the street from me. My wife is fine but we (my family) feel endebted to these folks for assessing the possibilities, recommending the action necessary, and transporting us to MGH for evaluation and treatment"
"The nicest firemen I've ever met , I was on a walk and needed to use the bathroom very badly and I was passing this nicely preserved firehouse and asked to use the restroom , they were very friendly and allowed me to use the the restroom and on my way out they said it's awfully hot out and offered me a bottle of water .
