He was super prompt and easy to communicate with. I for once had an easy time getting the problem assessed and quoted. Then his team of like twelve people showed up and worked incredibly fast. Even in the snow! It was over in a day and a half. A week later I asked for some free advice on another problem and John responded back with exactly the info I needed. 10 out of 10.
